The Community Partnership Program is an agent-based avenue to give back to the non-profit organizations that provide vital, life-sustaining services in our community. A partnership has been setup between Coldwell Banker Bain agent Barbara Tennis and OPERATION: Sack Lunch. When a transaction closes for the sale or purchase of a home, Barbara and Coldwell Banker Bain will donate 10% of the commision back to the organization. This is a donation and does not affect the cost of the sale for either seller or buyer.
